Through the use of our controlled facilities, each harvest is responsibly raised and cultivated on-site with a minimal ecological footprint, promising our customers a superior product developed from a higher standard of care.
At TAA, we cultivate our post-larvae in our BAP Certified onsite hatchery, which is then stocked as shrimp post-larvae in open-air earthen ponds where the proper nutrition, water quality, and other growth conditions are optimized for the development of a world-class product.

Our Products
TAA provides both fresh and frozen, premium farm-raised white shrimp to markets across the US. While our primary focus is on Large Head-on and Headless Shell-on products, we can produce any size and quantity, specific to customer demand.

• B.S. in Mariculture from Texas A&M University, Galveston TX (2001),
• Master in Aquaculture from National Center of Aquaculture and Marine Research (CENAIM), Ecuador (2007),
• Manager and Owner, Excellaqua Cia. Ltda., Machala, Ecuador – Designed, commissioned and operated three hatcheries, producing 180MM post-larvae/month, where he has successfully improved quality and survival rates (2006 – present),
• Chief Operating Officer, QUIMANSERVI Cia. Ltda., Naranjal, Ecuador – Commissioned and managed a 3700-acre shrimp farm (2008 – 2015),
• Chief Executive Officer, PCO Cia. Ltda, Arenillas, Ecuador – Organized franchise from Ziegler Feeds, PA, USA and designed, built and operated a 70,000 ton/yr shrimp feed manufacturing facility (2014 – 2017).
